A house in the central area of St. John’s sustained extensive damage following a fire early on Saturday morning.
At 1:30 a.m., crews from the St. John’s Regional Fire Department as well as Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officers responded to the residence on Curtis Place, off University Avenue.
